Description

Lubegard Heavy Duty Power Transfer Protectant is engineered to enhance the performance of transmissions, power steering units and hydraulic systems for heavy duty applications. The formula contains proprietary LXE (liquid wax ester) technology, for superior lubricity, stability, and heat transfer. Lubegard's proprietary LXE (liquid wax ester) technology provides unsurpassed lubricity for extended equipment life. The additional components prevent foaming and provide anti-wear and extreme pressure protection to internal moving parts under the stressful demands of towing, hauling, farming and construction. Increased demands on today's hydraulic systems warrants using the best protection available. Lubegard's heavy duty power transfer protectant restores depleted additives in the original fluid and introduces other special fluids that include the proprietary LXE technology. Independent test labs have proven that Lubegard heavy duty power transfer protectant will reduce wear 2 to 3 times. It increases the migratory capabilities of the fluid. It also raises the thermal and oxidation stability level of the fluid so that it will not break down at elevated temperatures. Numerous tests have shown a reduction in fluid temperatures of 40 degrees to 80 degrees fahrenheit. It will virtually eliminate foaming, drastically reducing cavitation which is so important in hydraulic systems today. The sticky valves are virtually eliminated and fluid life is extended due to heat reduction and transfer. Seals and components also have increased life span. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: In Transmissions: With motor running at idle and transmission in park, add 1 ounce (29.6 ml) of LUBEGARD Heavy Duty Power Transfer Protectant per quart (946 ml) of transmission fluid to the total transmission capacity (including torque converter). In Power Steering Systems: Add 2 oz. (59.1 ml) of LUBEGARD Heavy Duty Power Transfer Protectant to every quart (946 ml) of power steering fluid. In Hydraulic Systems: Add 8 oz. (237 ml) of LUBEGARD Heavy Duty Power Transfer Protectant to every gallon (3.79 L) of hydraulic oil or 2 oz. (59.1 ml) of LUBEGARD Heavy Duty Power Transfer Protectant to every quart (946 ml) of hydraulic oil.
